THE JINN'S BAZAAR: ROOM COMPETITION - Winners
The results are in for THE JINN'S BAZAAR: ROOM COMPETITION, and EN builders delivered a fantastic range of market scenes. From winding alleys and crowded courtyards to hidden trading spaces and bold original concepts, these selected rooms stood out from the crowd.
The highest-ranked entries impressed with how well they used the Alhambra range while creating lively, story-rich bazaars through strong layouts, layered detail, and memorable ideas.
Winners
Our top five winners are URT in 1st place, FormulatedMess in 2nd, Snauzher in 3rd, sumya in 4th, and sebita in 5th. These rooms each brought a clear identity to the theme, whether through distinctive storytelling, convincing trade atmosphere, or confident architectural framing.
#1 - URT

Feedback: The travelling stall concept stands out immediately, with the raised wagon-like structure and long desert boardwalk giving the room a clear point of view instead of a standard market square. The Alhambra roof and patterned textiles are used well on the compact shop itself, and the fish bones, snakes, cactus, and scattered open sign help sell the harsh roadside setting. The storytelling is strong, though the large stretches of empty sand make the bazaar feel quieter and less densely traded than some busier entries.
#2 - FormulatedMess

Feedback: This layout uses winding alleys and repeated stall fronts effectively to create the feeling of a real market district, with visitors moving between goods rather than viewing everything in one open block. The room is packed with small trade details like stacked cushions, barrels, pottery, produce, and display tables, and the Alhambra pieces give the bazaar a consistent architectural frame. The composition is strong and readable, although a little more vertical layering or crowding in the central paths could have pushed the atmosphere even further.
#3 - Snauzher

Feedback: This room has a very appealing open bazaar composition, with multiple small stalls, warm lighting, and enough goods on display to feel active and lived in. The separate pavilions and entrance arch help the market read as a place people would wander through, and the furnishing variety supports that nicely. It is slightly airier than the brief’s most cramped examples, but it still captures the spirit of a lively bazaar well.
#4 - sumya

Feedback: This entry delivers a strong enclosed market hall with practical stall design, storage, and transport details that support the trading theme well. The architecture frames the scene nicely, and the carts, counters, and rugs help it feel like a functioning bazaar rather than a decorative room. It is a little cleaner and less atmospheric than the top placements, but the concept is solid and readable.
#5 - sebita

Feedback: This is the strongest all-round bazaar scene here, with a rich multi-level layout, strong Alhambra architecture, and stalls that feel genuinely active from every side. The central court is packed with goods, lamps, rugs, and little merchant corners, so the room reads as busy without becoming hard to follow. It fits the prompt extremely well, though a few outer black-space edges reduce the sense of a fully enclosed district slightly.
Runners Up
The remaining ranked entries also gave us plenty to admire, from neverends' highly original train street bazaar to richly built courtyards, compact merchant lanes, and elegant market halls across the rest of the top 20. Each of these rooms added its own spin on the prompt while showing strong use of space, atmosphere, and detail.
