
A note on Event Creator prizes
Running events in the Hotel is one of the best ways to bring the community together, and we want to make sure the prize side of things is as clear as possible for everyone involved.
- Please be aware that prize distribution can take several days, particularly if your event wraps up outside of working hours. This is completely normal - it’s not a sign that anything has gone wrong.
- If you believe you’ve won a prize and haven’t received it after several days (and other players from the event have), please contact the support team directly - they’re the right people to look into it and get things sorted for you. We have measures in place to filter out alt accounts and sometimes legitimate Habbos get flagged as a result.
- We’d also ask that Habbos don’t chase Event Creators about missing prizes. ECs do a brilliant job running community events, but prize fulfilment isn’t their responsibility - so please keep those queries with the CX team.
